About Us
Gemstone Care is an experienced and focused operator that delivers high quality Supported Living Services to adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour living in their own accommodation under the Supported Living Scheme. Gemstone Care has many years experience in the Learning Disability sector and successfully operates Residential Care Homes, which specialise in the care of service users with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

They are also encouraged to become more aware of the local community and are assisted with food and clothes shopping tasks, taught the value of money, encouraged to handle money and pay for food shopping, house bills and personal spending so that they become aware of how important money is in everyday life.
